Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at craveclean@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue store credit.

Non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned since they are perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Because our products are food, we do not offer cash refunds. For damaged or incorrect items, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit as described above.
