Your order will be shipped out within 7 days of the day it was placed if not sooner. We ask that you check your tracking number that is sent to your email to make sure someone is home to receive the package. Items should not be left out in the sun.
Items cannot be returned since they are perishable goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at craveclean@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue store credit.
